Santa Ana College Promise Program
Santa Ana College (SAC) Promise is an initiative of the Santa Ana Partnership and has expanded to serve all first-time freshmen. The goal of the program is to support students who would like to attain a certificate, AA degree and/or transfer to a four-year university by providing free tuition for your first-year studies. Additionally, SAUSD graduates receive guaranteed admission to CSU Fullerton and UC Irvine.

Are you planning to transfer? The University Transfer Center hosts a range of programs designed to help you succeed here at Santa Ana College and beyond! The University Transfer Center provides information and assistance to students preparing for transfer to baccalaureate-granting institutions.

Center for Educational Partnerships

The Center for Educational Partnership offers programming and services for our partner schools and districts. Opportunities for Santa Ana Partnership students include:

Cal State Fullerton Helpful Resources:
Transfer, Adult Reentry and Parenting Student Programs / TAPP Center

The Transfer, Adult Reentry and Parenting Students program is dedicated to the success of nontraditional students. We provide reentry and parenting support services, leadership opportunities and programs to enhance academic and personal development.

Center for Equitable Digital Access (CEDA) - CEDA is the CSUF technology hub that offers students with support in acquiring free software and devices for educational use.

Outreach & Recruitment provides information on outreach events, application support, webinars, orientation, and campus tours for future Titans.

The Office of Financial Aid offers CDA/FAFSA workshops during the Fall and Spring semesters to assist students in completing their respective applications. For more information on these workshops, visit our Applying page to view dates/times and register for workshops and Zoom drop-in meetings.

Office of Admissions

The Office of Admissions determines eligibility for admission to Cal State Fullerton as well as determining residency status for students. Visit the Office of Admissions to learn more about admission eligibility and important deadlines.

Educational Opportunity Program

The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) provides support to first-time freshmen and transfer students from first-generation and/or limited income backgrounds. EOP supports students through pre-admission counseling, admission assistance, referrals for tutorial learning, career guidance, financial aid advisement, and other student services.

Partnerships Blueprint- Highlight Santa Ana Partnership - The partnership has led to: a standard curriculum aligned to college eligibility at SAUSD, increased collaboration between K-12 school teachers and college faculty on curriculum and professional development, and an increase in information and support available to high school students.

UCI Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) - As the UC’s largest academic preparation program, EAOP helps students prepare for college by ensuring they meet all UC and California State University admissions requirements. Through EAOP services, students are provided the support necessary to plan their academics accordingly, apply to college, complete financial aid applications, and successfully transition to college.

University of California Blue and Gold Opportunity Plan - UC's Blue and Gold Opportunity Plan will ensure that you will not have to pay UC’s systemwide tuition and fees out of your own pocket if you are a California resident whose total family income is less than $80,000 a year and you qualify for financial aid - and that's just for starters.
